Massage Guidelines and Confidentiality

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to relax and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late may deprive you of precious minutes of your massage time.

For your health and mine, please come to your session in good health. Massage is inappropriate and can potentially be harmful for some infectious/contagious conditions. I want you to feel better. However, it is better for you and those around you to reschedule your appointment so you can fully enjoy your massage in symptom-free comfort. If you are unsure of your condition, I recommend you reschedule your time to recover or consult with your physician if you choose to seek medical advice. When your illness is better, massage will detoxify your body and restore harmony and balance. I sincerely appreciate you honoring this guideline. You will not be charged for rescheduling or canceling with less than 24 hours notice.

Your personal information is strictly confidential and used for the best possible care. This information will not be released to anyone without your written request and consent.

Reschedule, Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrivals

24-hour notice of a session reschedule or cancellation is required or the credit card used to make the appointment will be charged the full rate for the session unless your session time is booked by someone else.

No-shows will be charged the full rate for their session time via the credit card used in scheduling. If the credit card is rejected, you must provide a valid credit card or cash payment for the missed session before you can book a new session. If you cannot keep your appointment, please make every effort to call me in advance so I can reschedule your time and offer your original time to another client. The charge for less then 24 hours notice will be waived for illness and unavoidable emergencies.
